I have just turned 17 years old and have started college and I am thinking of joining the gym. I weigh around 148 pounds, I am 6ft 1 inches tall, my waist measurement around the naval is 32 inches and my neck measurement is 15 1/2 inches.. I put this information into an online calculator and got my body fat percentage to be 11.1 percent.. though I'm not sure how accurate this is. I used to play a lot of sport, mainly badminton when I was at school but ever since I've started college I now do no workouts and don't play sport at all. I currently have a little layer of belly fat and not very toned/strong muscles.. I am thinking of joining a gym close by to my college which I theoretically could use Monday through Friday for around 1-2 hours each day max due to my college timetable and bus times... I currently don't eat amazingly healthily but not too bad either. I eat hearty meals of lasagna, enchiladas, spaghetti bolognese and carbonara and meals like this most days.. _________________ buy twitter followers |
