Hey, I used to do cardio for an intense 30 mins 6 times a week. I'm trying to lower my BF% and I figured out the real way to do it from a thread on this forum. I realize you need to gain muscle and have a calorie deficit to lose weight.
It doesn't feel right not doing cardio and just lifting and dieting well to lose weight so I just want to ask this to be FULLY sure.
I'm trying to lose BF, I'm doing this by weight training and dieting, since I'm trying to gain muscle and therefore increase my metabolism, should I do any cardio? _________________ <a>buy twitter followers</a> |
