For me the struggle to get my kids out of this ( i need my mommy thing) and grow up has been the biggest problem i 've been facing for years. It was cute when they were babies and expected in infancy but not in adulthood and teenage years! It's like trying to fall a brick wall with a fork  They have to be responsible and get out of this childish thing- what ever it is. My 19 yr old still hasn't walked into the dmv office to try for her permit, nor has she studied the book for more than 5 minutes!
Nobody drives in my family so we have to walk or catch a ride if we can from a neighbor. I use to drive before my genetic condition struck my life.
Now i don't drive and my doctors won't let me ( funny story, tell you later)
But everything is on my shoulders, and my kids have no clue of why I'm irritated and stressed out. I suffer from dominate progressive hearing Loss. I have two giant size hearing dogs and their bags of food are not light!
Picture a 5'2 woman, a little chunky trying to carry home two 50 pound bags of dog food! it can't be done. 
Whie pushing a grocery cart loaded with food that wants to go to the right, s i wind up making circles in the road all the way home!
I need help, that's all there is to it
