Moderators basically you check the community at least 3 hours a day and use the built-in moderation functions to handle any problems that come up.
One Great thing about this is that you can work on several online communities in a day
- Work 1 community per day = $20 per day
- Work 5 (5 x $20) communities per day = $100 per day
