These person/s mus tbe able to be on the site, screen posts and replies with a level head without taking things in a personal way. You must be open minded to situations that require your involvement. To be able to rightfuly judge a problem exists ad take the steps in solving the problem as best you can.
The candidates will posses prior education on problem solving, the skill to do so is a must. Usually parents are pretty good at this job, but I'm open minded to others to. Knowlde of the bible and Christ is manditory to be a moderator on this forum. We are a Christian group and community.
