Hey all. I've been doing one lift a day recently: F-Bench, Sa-Row, Su-Squat, M-Press, W-Deadlift, with HIIT on Tuesday and Thursday. I'm currently cutting. School is picking up, however, so lifting 5 days a week and HIIT on 2 is taking too much time. Plus, I would like to rock climb once a week; putting it on a lifting day doesn't seem right, and I don't have the time on T/Th. So, I'm thinking of doing the following:
Weights
All primary lifts will consist of 3 sets of 5/3/2+ reps, in that order and with increasing weight on each set. On the last set, I will perform a minimum of two reps, but as many as I can (similar to Wendler 5/3/1 week 3). Deadlifts are an exception* _________________ <a>buy twitter followers</a> |
